The fast-growing payments technology company, Refined Payments, announced today that it will relocate its corporate headquarters to 1 Corporate Drive, Suite 200. Refined Payments, founded in 2019, inked the long-term lease earlier this year with R.D. Scinto.

The new space will have amenities including a gym, café, media room and teleconferencing area. Refined Payments expects to move into its new location by the second-quarter of this year.

Shelton’s office vacancy rate of 23.3% continues to beat the state average of 29.9%. Office vacancy peaked in Connecticut during the fourth quarter of 2021 and has since been declining. We expect the vacancy rate to continue to decline in areas like Shelton and others.”
